2008 Great American Cleanup: Midlands Makeover Challenge

Guidelines

• Groups must pre-register their project with KMB by submitting by mail or e-mail the GACMM Project Registration Form prior to conducting their project.
• Projects must be conducted between March 1 and May 1, 2008
• Upon completion of the project, groups must submit by mail or e-mail a Post-Project Summary Form and 5-10 before and after photos.
• The Post-Project Summary Form and photos must be postmarked or e-mailed by May 1, 2008.
• Mail all forms and photos to Keep the Midlands Beautiful, PO Box 1360, Columbia, SC 29202; e-mail forms and photos to heidi@keepthemidlandsbeautiful.com
• Entries are reviewed and winners chosen by a Selection Committee made up of KMB staff, board members, and advisory board members.
• An alternate project may be awarded a prize if the selected entrant cannot be reached, is deemed ineligible, or declines to participate.
• All submissions (including reports and photos) become the property of Keep the Midlands Beautiful and may be used in part or whole for copying, broadcasting, or publishing.
• All decisions are final.
