Foster, Cathy Reas (Pickens County Stormwater Partners and Clemson University Extension)
Mentor for:Water Quality and Conservation, Water Harvesting, Watershed & Stormwater Education, Litter Prevention, Composting, Recycling, B2 at school (Pickens and Oconee Counties)
Cathy Reas Foster is the coordinator for the Pickens County Stormwater Partners and a Natural Resource Agent with Clemson University Extension. She assists the county with water quality and stormwater education, outreach, and public involvement. She is a former DHEC Action in the Classroom environmental educator for waste reduction, recycling and the B2 program and environmental consultant. Cathy has a B.S. in Geology from Indiana University and a M.S. in Hydrogeology from the University of South Florida. She enjoys hiking and backpacking, especially to waterfalls....rocks and water!
