Laura grew up in Georgia and learned environmentally friendly habits at an early age. She got her BS in Microbiology from Clemson. After graduation she taught environmental education in Guinea West Africa as a member of the Peace Corps. She then continued her overseas tour as an English teacher in Japan. Laura currently works in Anderson, SC as a Stormwater inspector for DHEC.She enjoys getting her hands dirty and helping inspire the next generation of environmentalists.
